PROPER DIPA: SABRO
Using a yeast that’s thousands of generations old, Cloudwater are thrilled to be updating their popular early DIPA recipes with a fresh take.
This time they’ve used the distinctive and bold hop Sabro from the States, which has massive flavours of coconut, creamy vanilla, sweet lime and tropical fruits balanced with a resinous finish.
A jammy triple fruited sour ale brewed with blackberries, blueberries and raspberries.
An initial jammy sweetness saturates the senses, as though biting into a juicy berry picked during peak season. Gentle acidity rounds out the taste, adding brightness to the beer, which further accentuates the jammy fruit character and brings forth the biscuity malt body.

Two Flints are thrilled to share with you their third biiig DIPA, Bella. This time they’ve gone for Nelson Sauvin and Motukea, plus a complex and innovative underpinning of hop products including a Hop Unlock thiolised yeast, Freestyle Super Sauvin (Nelson Sauvin with Phantasm powder) and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief. They've played around with water and grist leaving a super soft, fluffy and drinkable DIPA. We're getting huge aromas of grape, Jolly Ranchers, strawberry laces, gooseberry and overripe mango.
This soft and luscious hazy pale is straw blonde in colour and packed with Citra and a touch of Azacca. We’re getting peach rings, pineapple chunks and a hint of dankness to balance the intense tropical fruit. Imagine yourself aimlessly floating around on a Lilo in still, serene tropical waters, with a can in hand. Bliss.
Clapton Craft have backed Two Flints since day one, so they were buzzing to get them down for a brew day and create a punchy west coast pale inspired by their iconic bear logo. Grizzly has a backbone of Pilsner malt combined with a touch of Vienna for perceived sweetness to give this easy drinker a solid base for the hops to shine. A lethal combo of Simcoe and Rakau provide fresh pineapple, apricot and zingy passion fruit whilst a small Chinook dry hop addition adds a touch of pine. An assertive but smooth bitterness, Grizzly is one to sink your claws into.

FAIR WEATHER FRIEND
Citra hops shine through in this layered lager that is both complex and beautifully simple.
Inspired by one of Tartarus' favourite Asian dishes, this saison is crammed full with all the flavours you would expect from this dish!
Lemongrass & kaffir lime leaves gives fragrant & herbal notes, with chilli adding a little heat & finally coconut which adds a creamy sweetness.
A thick, smooth & indulgent stout brewed with plenty of speciality malts including chocolate malt to give a rich cacao flavour. Tartarus then added vanilla & almond to replicate the flavours of the frangipane dessert.
This imperial stout was brewed with 11 types of malts including chocolate wheat and coffee malt then finished with Belgian candy syrup. The beer was then aged in American bourbon barrels for 12 months before being conditioned on Cacao Nibs.
PLACES OF LIGHT
A bright pale ale based on the same hop-bill as one of Overtone's classic IPAs, Northern Hemisphere. A strong tropical aroma matching the immediate tropical flavour hit, with some enjoyable subtle spice and bitter notes to finish.
Transforming one of their highest rated TIPAs, Heavy Pop, into their honey DIPA series. The hop bill provides a juicy blend of passion fruit, sweet berries, papaya and a slight twist of bubblegum while Scottish honey adds a subtle honey flavour and a lot smoothness.
JUKE BOX HERO
Overtone's first time experimenting with CGX hops called for the experts. Northern Monk joined them to brew this exciting juicy number using Idaho 7 and Strata in CGX form to intensify all flavours from their original pellet form. On a thick juicy based, Idaho 7 CGX enhances a balance of tropical and piney flavours while Strata CGX promises passion fruit, strawberry and some "Rock Concert Cannabis" notes.
A westie with a modern hop twist. Meridian adds some brightness to theis citrus-charged beer while Sultana maintains a strong traditional piney character. Mosaic hops throw in an enjoyable dankness with some light bitterness.
One of Overtone's flagship IPAs with strong malt bill of white wheat and oats providing a creamy mouthfeel. Huge flavours of juicy tropical fruits and some bursts of fresh citrus.
A smooth drinking DIPA with a strong aroma of pineapple and lime zest. Flavours of passion fruit, lemon and peach burst through the dominance of sweet pineapple.
GOLD 'N' GOSE
A triple exotic fruited gose with Golden Berry, Prickly Pear and Passion Fruit, Blackthorn Sea Salt and Indian Coriander Seeds. Crisp, tart, sparkling and tangy.
PORRIDGE ON THE RADIO
A proper stout with 12 different malts to create depth, but at an easy going 6% to allow for a nice long session as we greet colder weather. Sweet, deep and rich, but with a cleaner less viscous finish than you’d expect.
THE REDEMPTION OF VANITY
Azvex had a little trademark blip with Vantablack but fear not, here is something even better...
They have been putting a bit of work into their dark beer recently and this was the perfect opportunity to make good use of their findings and produce a better peanut based stout.
The Redemption of Vanity is a Peanut Butter Brownie Imperial Stout coming in at 13% ABV and is as good as they have done to date.
With Renaissance Tanks Azvex ramped up that clean piney bitterness for you westy fans. Lotus, Chinook & Strata provide the artillery for this masterpiece.
TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES
For this West Coast Session IPA they changed protocols and used an old German lager strain to ferment out the beer, leaving a refreshing and crisp base for the Chinook, Idaho 7 and Azacca hops to shine on.
This one is so clean and so so drinkable.
In case you didn't notice, Azvex's fave hop is the fantastic Citra.
They thought that they should make a beer that really showcased this fabulous hop so they came up with Robot Wolf.
An unbelievably drinkable 5.2 % Pale Ale hopped exclusively with (you guessed it) Citra!

MANCHESTER FRESH HOP GOLDEN ALE '23
Track are so excited to bring you the next edition of their ‘Brewers Cut’ project, aptly named ‘Manchester Fresh Hop Golden Ale 23’.
Their first ever Green Hop beer, utilising freshly grown hops from MCR Hop Project.
"It was such a joy to be able to use a product grown in local soil by passionate folks and to experiment and push ourselves with an ingredient that we’ve used many times, but not in this form."
The result is a crisp Golden Ale with a bready malt character, that gives way to an assertive and long bitterness. We get fresh bread, biscuit crumb with a delicate citrus zip.
PILLARS x Lakes Brew
A sticky and resinous West Coast IPA packed full of Nelson, Nectaron, & Motueka as well as using Yakima Chief's new Trial Hop Product YCH 702. The result is a super fruity, bold & bitter IPA, with notes of tinned peach, candied orange and fresh lime.

MI CASA TA MAISON
This a mixed fermentation saison made with James & Will from Balance Brewing.
The beer draws inspiration in name and character from their respective house saisons - Saison della Casa & Saison de Maison. Pastore are big fans of Balance's wild beers & the new space they've created at their taproom in Manchester which carries a wonderful list of UK wild producers.
The grist is largely made up of heritage Hana malt along with oats, spelt, wheat and raw barley from a local farm. Hopped with some lovely cheesy aged hops from Balance & fermented in stainless steel for six months with Pastore's mother culture of wild yeasts and microbes.
They have also let some rest in oak to revisit next year.
IT TAKES TWO: EL DORADO & STRATA
Each of the juicy hop bombs in this series of intensely aromatic, deliciously dank and pillowy soft oat cream NEIPAs puts two different varietals in the spotlight. This one pairs the tantalisingly tropical El Dorado with the distinct grapefruit and cannabis vibes of Strata.
It's making a comeback, keeping its original yummy base and adding pear and white grape to this now classic recipe.

LITTLE EARTH PROJECT
Finally it's here! L.E.P's first coolship release!
The only coolship brew from the 2021 brewing season, this 450L batch, was left out to cool slowly overnight in early March & moved to a neutral barrel with no added yeast to mature for almost exactly 2 years.
It's come a long way, baby. Zesty lemon & apples come through with a little funk and a classic dry finish.
THE BRETT ORGANIC STOCK ALE 2020
Welcome the return of one of L.E.P's original "core range" styles.
Strong stock ales were historically brewed during the autumn months to mature over the winter. Brewed using local ingredients and assisted in fermentation by the wild yeasts likely present in the oak barrels. Their version uses organic Suffolk barley as well as their own organic homegrown Fuggles & Goldings hops then aged in wood with their mixed culture for 13 months. Further aged in bottle since, now almost 3 years old, it's ready to head out into the world.
DRY HOPPED GRISETTE
After having made recent appearances on keg, Little Earth feel it's about time they release this lil grisette into the world!
Brewed in early 2022, the base beer was aged in barrel for 7 months before being dry hopped with both organic Chinook & Cascade hops from our own field!

DREAMS OF BREW YORK

Do you remember the 21st night of September? Stephen King does, it was his birthday and he had all his spooky friends round for a big party, a big VAMPYRE DISCO, if you will.
Everyone was there from Jack and Wendy Torrance, to Pennywise the clown. Making a special appearance was of course Kurt Barlow, Neon Raptor’s favourite vampire.
Vampyre Disco, Neon Raptor's dark fruit and peanut butter imperial sour, returns in time for spooky season. It’s sweet and sour, it’s fruity and thick, and when you drink it, people may be convinced you’re a vampire.

WITCH DOCTOR x Chris Simpson
Monk's fifth release with Chris (simpsons artist), The Witch Doctor, wicca wicca woo.
A devilishly juicy IPA, packed with Cashmere, Idaho 7, Cascade, Talus and Ekuanot hops, this IPA is brewed with some rye in the grist for a touch of golden orange colour and a deep, earthy spiciness to it.
There will be tropical notes in there as well as some herbal and floral flavours, with hints of grapefruit and some lime.
Resulting in this golden elixir, concocted in the cauldron by their brewers Sam and Sam.
OFS SESSIONS S'MORES PORTER
A night sky-black porter at a very drinkable 4%, with chocolate, marshmallow, a little vanilla and a touch of smokey molasses for a smooth and sweet S’mores flavour, to whisk you off to a campfire in the great outdoors.
If you're like us, you'll love those quintessential sweet shop and soda flavours. Classic American Black Grape is no exception. This adult take on a childhood favourite is another nostalgic nod to care free days. A flavourful hug from Yonder.
JAM ROLY-POLY PUDDING
This is a comfort blanket of a pastry sour, inspired by the homely flavours of Jam Roly Poly Pudding. Plum, Raspberry and Strawberry jam, swirled through flavours of rich vanilla cake in a thick and creamy, sweet and sour base beer. Dive in!
A 5.3% Pale Ale brewed with Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. These provide punchy citrus flavours alongside dank pine and light floral notes, over a moderate to light bitterness on the finish.
CRIMES IN CITRA
A super hoppy and naturally hazy IPA has been hopped to the high heavens with an ungodly amount of Citra. So expect juicy citrus and stone fruit flavours & aromas by the truckload, over the top of a gentle bitterness on the finish.
QUIET PART LOUD
A heavenly hoppy DIPA packed full of Mosaic and Citra hops. This beer is teeming with bold and juicy citrus and tropical flavours, over the top of a gentle bitterness on the finish
A heavy hitting DIPA brewed with Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops. Punchy citrus and stone fruit flavours are backed up with a vinous notes of white peach. With some dank pine notes and a moderate bitterness on the finish.
CONSEQUENCES x Queer Brewing
This one's been a long time in the works. The recipe development was played like a game of Consequences with the recipe passed between Lily (Queer Brewing Founder and Brewer) and Gareth (DEYA's Head Brewer). Deya's first use of Nectaron…used on the dry hop, paired with some Citra in the whirlpool.. Aroma is a big hit of papaya, candied pineapple and high grade orange squash. The taste is mango, pineapple and watermelon with some light sweet cereal peeking through. Lush!
Kleines Vienna Lager is a Monroe hopped Vienna lager inspired by Reece's summer in Vienna.

LEFT HANDED GIANT
NELSON: IN DEPTH
LHG's 'In Depth' series celebrates and explores a single hop. This time they have shone a light on Nelson Sauvin. From the New Zealand classic you can expect an elegant white grape character, a torrent of pressed gooseberries and a structured bitterness with a subtle hum of toasted black pepper.
Refreshing and zesty with plenty of pleasing honeydew upfront, followed by tangy kiwi and with fresh lime to level, with a beautifully tart finish completed with a pinch of sea salt. Perfectly balanced and super moreish.
Using a brand new Hop to them, Superdelic - a really exciting NZ Hop, that they think gives off lots of sweet mango and fresh berries. They've partnered it Citra, Citra Cryo and Mosaic for a full juice kick. A super quaffable hazy Pale Ale.
Track's first ever DDH West Coast IPA. Super bright and with a lot of zip. They packed this one full of Citra, Mosaic & Galaxy. We get bitter orange, peppery passion fruit, tart grapefruit and notes freshly cut grass.
Lusen is drawn from the imagination of Track's Head Brewer Matt, and utilises fresh frozen whole cone Spalter from Pro Hops.
They built a big malt base, hit it with Saaz in the whirlpool, before dry hopping it with the fresh Spalter cones. The result is a 7.2% Imperial Pilsner, that gives off fresh honey bread, sweet brioche, light spice and a deep, gentle, warmth. Something to savour.
X Fast Fashion FRACTURED SMILE
For the first beer in this series, Track had to go big, and big they went with their friends from Fast Fashion beer. They sent Track a box full of their fresh experimental hop Anchovy, which they partnered alongside Nelson, Nelson Hop Kief & Nectaron. Big notes of overripe melon, tart gooseberry and orange. Super hazy and heavy on the Rolled Oats & Wheat to give maximum mouth feel.
They say this will be a slow project, that they will bring forward every time the stars (hops) align and Track feel they can bring you something special in concept and taste.
Track have been working away behind the scenes on their IPAs. Slight tweaks here and there, with the vision of producing a beer that hits all the high notes that they love about this style. They are very happy to report that Safe Side is on point. An abundance of juicy tropical fruits, grapefruit, orange, and passionfruit with a pillowy soft mouthfeel. Citra, Nelson & Rakau coming together to deliver the goods on this delicious IPA.
X Equilibrium LIME SCIENCE
Lime Science takes inspiration from Equilibrium's first lime pilsner and adds a few process tweaks. Using experimental pilsner yeast, maize, and lime-forward Motueka as the base, Equilibrium finished this beer with lime juice and lime zest. Small enough to enjoy all day, we are getting crisp aromas of margarita and zesty limeade with punchy flavors of lime juice drink, clean citrus, 7-Up/Sprite vibes, and a hoppy brightness, all complemented by a snappy dry finish. As thirst-quenching as it is delicious, the science checks out on this newest creation, making this the summer crusher you needed.
This eclectic blend of hops creates a whirlwind of tropical fruit flavours. Galaxy and Nectaron bring vibrant passionfruit, pineapple and soft stone fruits whilst Nelson Sauvin adds distinctive white wine character alongside crushed gooseberry and grape.
X Siren WIFI BEEF
Brewed with Siren to celebrate their 10th Anniversary. They pushed the fermentation profile to plump up the layers of juicy fruit. Powdery yeast esters, Citra and Idaho 7, and a creamy mouthfeel for maximum tropical punch vibes.

Little Lune is a what they like to call a 'Small Sour IPA' - Small on ABV but big on flavour. It utilises the same clean, lightly soured base as their other Sour IPA's and is dusted with a hit of Talus, Idaho and Simcoe.

This incredibly crisp Rice IPA is the latest addition to Omnipollo's bar tribute collection, celebrating the 3rd anniversary of their establishment in Japan – Omnipollos Tokyo. Meticulously brewed with rice for a refined body, while boasting abundant and enticing hop aromas!

CARVE 'N YAMS
Carve'n Yams is a sweet Coffee Porter to which Elusive have added pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices to create a spooky seasonal beer! Expect fresh, bright coffee flavours from the single origin Hasbean coffee layered with all those delicious flavours you love in pumpkin pie.
STAND UP AND BE COUNTED
Elusive's second collaboration with the fantastic Count Me In Collective. This Black IPA uses Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops for notes of orange citrus and blueberry.
This is a classically-styled West Coast IPA which mashes together Duration’s Dripping Pitch with Elusive's Oregon Trail. The grist incorporates Vienna malt for added depth. Amarillo and Chinook hops were used hot side before dry hopping with Citra, Simcoe and Columbus.
KICK UP FIRE
This classically-styled American Red Ale has notes of toffee and caramel which beautifully balance the pithy orange and resinous pine notes from Citra, Centennial and Simcoe hops. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Outhouse Brewery to celebrate Wokingham Heritage Day.
A huge DIPA collab with Overtone! Both breweries are big fans of complex beers which go beyond fruit... and with this hop combination, we've created a layered and fully loaded drinking experience. Expect creamy herbal limes, dank winey sauvignon and pungent hashy grapefruit all over the shop!
SPIRAL INTO CONTROL
Verdant say it's always a joy to brew with their Sureshot friends and this IPA has been blasted with 3 of our favourite hop varieties at the tail end of fermentation for some serious flavour depth!
Crumb is a brand new Hazy DIPA with a creamy oat base that is drenched in the amazing hop combination of Nectaron, Galaxy and NZ Cascade. Fantastic exotic fruit notes of lychee and cantaloupe.
DIRTY DIRTY MIATA MIATA
Dirty Dirty Miata Miata is a DDH Hazy IPA brewed with the freshest Citra in the whirlpool and a blend of their freshest Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Mosaic in the dry-hop. A mash up of two of Veil's favorites - Cat Nap and White Miata! Layered notes of ripened cantaloupe, candy, papaya and melon.
WE DED MON
We Ded Mon is Veil's beloved and perfected 100% Citra hopped TIPA! This batch is blasting with hoppy flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, fruit roll-ups, and a touch of honey.
White Ferrari is one of The Veil's all time favorite Hazy Double IPAs. Crushed throughout the whole brewing process with the freshest Citra and Galaxy. A very good batch, drenched with smooth flavors of passion fruit pineapple smoothies, ripe papaya and even a touch of kiwi.
This Fruit Smoothie Sour was brewed to celebrate Mortalis' fifth year anniversary. It blends papaya, peach, pineapple, vanilla, and cream.

GEMINI BLUEBERRY PINEAPPLE GLAZED DONUT
This fruited sour is part of our Gemini Series that focuses on small one-off batches. The duality of complementary and sometime contrasting fruits are blended with other adjuncts to enrich the flavors even further. This version features Pineapple, Blueberry and Glazed Donut pastries.
This Double IPA is the counterpart to Zeus. Showcasing a multitude of hops including Citra, Columbus, Centennial, and Galaxy. Hera is one of the softest beer we have ever made with luscious melon flavors with juicy aroma and a gentle delicate nature.
MEDUSA PASSIONFRUIT & DRAGONFRUIT
This Fruited Sour is a tart beer bursting with fruit. We blended this version with dragon fruit and passion fruit. At 5 ABV, it is a refreshing and crushable beer. Be careful not to look at it too closely or you might become a permanent fixture in the world of sour beers, as it has been said that looking at Medusa will turn you to stone!
This Double IPA combines Galaxy with Citra and Mosaic hops. The duo showcases passionfruit, peach and citrus flavors for a bold and fruity flavor perfect for the god of the wild.
An opaque, pillowy, and semi-sweet body paired with intensely juicy citrus hop notes and slight finishing bitterness.
NOW I AM DEATH, DESTROYER OF WORLDS
Adroit Theory's flagship Hazy Triple IPA is a beast of a beer. Opaque, pillowy and semi-sweet body you've come to expect, paired with intensely juicy citrus hop notes and slight finishing bitterness. Double Dry-Hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Galaxy.
EVANGELION XIII: BARDIEL
A juicy, creamy, and insanely drinkable double dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Azacca.
EBK: DOWN TO DIE
The series that put Adroit Theory on the IPA map is back, and this time as their new year-round flagship. EBK is a beautifully balanced double IPA, with a soft, pillowy malt body that is nearly opaque. Bright forward notes of Peach, Candied Muscadine Grapes, and Juicy Mango compete for your attention, and swirl together from start to finish to round out each sip. Bitterness is subtle, but firm enough to keep the entire experience in balance
AK: DISSIDENT WARRIOR
AK sports a creamy, palate enveloping body offers a semi-sweet malt backbone to balance intense, juicy forward notes of Mango, Clementine, and Lemon against mild finishing bitterness with subtle floral and dank flavors.
Rare Fog is a surprisingly smooth 10.5% variant of Abomination's fog series, brewed with golden promise and a heavy flaked wheat and oat malt bill. It’s then triple dry hopped aggressively with Mosaic, Pacific Jade, Citra, Summit and a ridiculous amount of Simcoe. Fluffy, juicy, pillowy and dank!

A big, soft double IPA built on a huge base of oats and wheat and hopped with Motueka, Moutere, Citra, and Belma for some massive citrus, stone fruit, & berry flavors with just the right amount of bitterness to perfectly balance it all out.
