VOYAGE x Messorem
Messorem, Hailing from Montreal, Canada - Make some of the best beer that Track had the pleasure of tasting in North America, so it was a pleasure to brew a hazy DIPA for their first time over in the UK.
Pours, pure yellow haze. Like sunlight fresh from the can. Packed full of Motueka, Riwaka & Nelson CGX. Tons of fresh lime, tart gooseberry and slushy mojito.
Track have given one of their most loved styles the single hop treatment with one of their favourite hops, Mosaic. This Hop was meant for beers like this. Fresh, bright orange peel with a pronounced and lasting bitterness.
LIFT EVERYONE UP x Fast Fashion
This is the last of a series of collaborations with Track's friends at Fast Fashion Brewing. An American Lager dry-hopped with their trademark Hop, Anchovy. Notes of crisp lemon peel and spring meadows. Super refreshing with a little hop hit.
First released at Jester King in October of 2010, Wytchmaker is brewed with Texas-grown San Jacinto Two Row and Wildfire Pale Malt from TexMalt, malted Rye, and oats. It's kettle hopped with Citra and El Dorado and dry hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic Cryo. We fermented it in stainless steel with Imperial A38 Juice yeast.
It's super fresh, hoppy, and delicious!
Bursting with juicy tropical fruit & dank citrus.
Hopped with a ridiculous amount of hand-selected Citra & Mosaic hops, along with some insane Galaxy hops they were able to get their hands on. We loaded this beer up with an ungodly 4 lbs per bbl of hops - because who knows where TF 2020 is taking us, and we at least want to have this beer in hand for whatever gets thrown our way next
MOTIVATIONS OF THE HEART
Tasty W.C. IPA hopped with some old and new favorites: Nectaron, Simcoe, Columbus, and Mosaic Cryo. Lots of delicious ripe tropical fruit and citrus notes with a touch of resinous piney dankness. *Chef's kiss*

The latest in RC's Forever Alone series features Galaxy from Hollingbery hops imparting flavors of ripe passionfruit, juicy peach, and bright citrus.

Classic lil' west coaster jam packed with all the goodness of Chinook Salvo, Amarillo, Columbus, Centennial Cryo, Strata GCX, and Simcoe hops. Well-rounded, dry, and bursting with sweet fruit and bright citrus flavors and woody aromatics.
A classic RC IPA brewed exclusively with hand-selected Citra and Citra Cryo hops. Brace yourself for an explosion of flavor as dank, resinous, and tropical notes transport you to a sun-drenched oasis, while the zesty citrus undertones provide the perfect balance.
HAIL THE BAT III
Cherry BA Flanders Red with Scottish Honeyberries
Holy Goat picked two standout barrels of their aged Flanders Red for this beer. These had been aging in whisky casks which had previously held the beer-soaked whole cherries producing their beloved Unholy Mountain kriek.
We blended these barrels with a smaller portion of beer brewed and aged at the Hanging Bat in Edinburgh, which were aged in a quarter casks. The oxidative nature of aging in small barrels lent a rounded acidity when blended with the cherry barrels. We then refermented this blend on 200g/l of whole Scottish honeyberries for two months. 780 bottles only.
BA Flanders Red with Smoked Plums
Harking back to one of their earliest releases, Blood Eagle returns! A cross between a Flanders Red and a British stock ale, brewed with a mixture of crystal, amber and rye malts. Primary fermentation was undertaken with one of our favourite Brettanomyces blends, in addition to Holy Goat's house culture of yeast and bacteria.
This beer was then blended (70/30) with a one-year-old stock ale aged in red wine barrels. They transferred this blend onto 200g/l of this seasons Victoria plums. A portion of these plums were smoked over wine barrel staves at the brewery. The resulting beer is complex and vinous with a subtle smoke.
EMPEROR'S HAND x Emperor's
Whisky BA Imperial Stout with Honey and Smoked Plums
Unleashing the darkest will of the emperor, they combined forces to brew a spectacle of his power. Brewed with an array of dark malts, muscovado, demerara sugar and caramelised honey. Fermented with smoked plums within three freshly emptied whisky casks (Ailsa Bay, Blair Athol and Girvan).
Deep woody oak and a sweet oaken smoke, overlain by honey glazed caramelised plums. Bottle conditioned. 768 Bottles only.

Kriek style sour with Stevnsbær sour cherries
Inspired by the Belgian kriek style, this golden sour beer has been aged on Danish sour cherries. This beer combines a blend of two of Holy Goat's favourite golden sour base beers, both brewed with local Scottish barley, wheat and oats, and fermented with multiple Brettanomyces and bacteria strains.
They aged this base beer for two months with 700kg of ‘Stevnsbær’ sour cherries, sourced from the orchards on the Frederiksdal estate used to produce award-winning Danish cherry wine. Known as the grapes of the North, these sour cherries are ideally suited to growing in the colder climbs of Scandinavia.

Lucid On Loop is hopped with CryoPop®️ from Yakima Chief as well as Idaho 7, Citra and Eclipse offering up lots of ripe tropical fruit aroma and flavor
Oh bring on the juice. Nectaron and Mosaic haze bomb of a New England IPA. Unadulterated yellow hoppy goo. The sorta stuff Baron do. A punchy 21g/L mid-fermentation dry-hop of two of the biggest and dankest hops in the biz.
The best of both worlds. Red, malty, caramelly goodness, with a mega addition of Australian Enigma. Red berries, black tea and big red grapefruit aromas from this lovely, very recognisable hop. Perfect for a red beer, and quite a different experience to the typical hazy IPAs.
A session strength, no-adjunct, no-nonsense Porter at 4.4%. A whole host of dark malts for a complex depth and smooth chocolate biscuit finish. No pale malts, all speciality grains for many layers in a weak, black beer.
While low in booze, it still holds on to plenty of hop character from two Antipodean big hitters, NZ Eclipse (slick moon reference) and AUS Riwaka. Brewed to accentuate the body in this beer for a fuller mouthfeel and IPA level hop facets.
OUR RAM IN TORINO
This is Pastore's first aperitivo style sour beer. A style they've long wanted to try and make but always approached with trepidation due to the bitterness. Ultimately they have tried to find a balance of both bitterness & acidity to make a Pastore aperitivo beer.
Pastore infused the wort on brewday with gentian root, to bring bitterness, & juniper berries. Then fermented with their fresh sour mixed culture for that lovely lactic zing. They then conditioned on bitter oranges for more layers of bitterness and citrus aromatics & cherries for colour.
We will also be receiving Pastore's new 'Sorbetto Strawberry, Cherry & Lime'!
A big West Coast IPA, brewed with 100% Maris Otter malt, hopped on the hot side with Simcoe, Centennial and Chinook. Huge dry hop with Simcoe, Chinook, Citra and Columbus varieties for classic pine resin, grapefruit and citrus notes. Pithy!
A ramped up version of Burning Sky's Robust Porter, this beer spent a year ageing in oak vats. The finest Maris Otter, roast and crystal malts give rich coffee and chocolate notes. Warming alcohol makes this a new fireside companion for the winter season.
This mixed fermentation saison is a light and easy drinking small beer. Barrel aged for a few months, this delicate beer was then dry hopped for a refreshing finish before canning.
Burning Sky's second collaboration release with Kelly Ryan and Boneface brewing this year. A pilsner malt with wheat and spelt, Nelson Sauvin hops and a subtle blend of spices. Fermented with their unique mixed culture strain in oak barrels for six months then blended and dry hopped with more Nelson Sauvin. The result is a complex beer with smooth acidity and grape like aromas.
LITTLE EARTH PROJECT
A 7.2% barrel aged mixed fermentation golden sour rested on the pomace of local Bacchus grapes from Ark Wines 2022 vintage! Big funky, bretty vibes on this with lovely fruity tropical vibes coming through.
A 5.5% sour aged in a fresh wine barrel on Pinot Noir grapes grown in our own back garden! Aged on the full grape, this expresses much more straight-up rosé qualities that wouldn't go amiss at a festive dinner! Berry fruits and a crisp finish.

6kg of fresh foraged elderflower heads went into this 2 barrel batch of golden sour originally brewed in August 2020!
A lovely floral funk that will pair deliciously with your festive cheese board - think a lightly smoked cheddar, aged gouda, or a creamy goats cheese.
We'll also be getting a restock of "Coolship #1"!
I guess it would be nice to give my heart to a beer, but which one do I choose? A DDH Pale filled with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc. I just want to hold the divine in mine and taste all of the beauty, not wasted.

Punchy and pungent. Smooth and light. Citrus and tropics. Pine and dank. The sister IPA to 20 Watt Moon ticks all the right boxes. You can session an IPA right?
Soft and succulent citrus flavours are the order of the day in this little pale. The pairing of Amarillo and Citra hops makes for prominent orange and grapefruit notes to glide across a fleshy mango bed of yum.

An extraordinary comeback for one of the beers Siren are most proud of. Expect rich aromas of dark sugar and toffee, with a comforting chocolate fudge flavour profile, warming spirit complexity and a slick mouthfeel.
COLD BLOODED CHRISTMAS
A very special festive edition of Coldblooded. Siren cold-steep grains overnight before brewday to build up a gorgeous milk chocolatey base, which is complemented by roastiness, subtle smoke, coffee and dark chocolate notes of specialty malts. This edition is a chocolate orange Christmas special.

Founded by Deanne Blake, Root2Ginger boasts a family legacy rooted in the Caribbean! Generations of her family have passed down recipes, which Deanne has perfected through trial and error, passion, and instinct. The heart of Root2Ginger’s offerings lies in their drinks, crafted with care and authenticity. Cloudwater combined Root2Ginger's incredible freshly squeezed root ginger juice with their own unique recipe to create this fiery, cloudy, and refreshing ginger beer.
As the days grow darker so does the beer. And Cloudwater's most recent foray into the dark arts aims to be the perfect companion for those long winter evenings. The tagline for this Nitro Porter is smooth & refined and they believe it lives up to the hype. Creamy, soft and with a touch of roastiness to finish.
ONE WAY MIRROR
The next in Cloudwater's series of one off IPAs features Loral and Talus to complement the foundation created by Citra. Loral brings sherbert orange and tropical fruit, whilst Talus softens the punch creating a supremely drinkable, flavourful IPA.

SIDIOUS x Emperor's
Highly skilled in the dark side, the Emperor joined Overtone to brew this special imperial stout inspired by strength and power. They created a 13% rich stout with honey and demerara in the base before conditioning the beer on our main ingredient, tonka beans. Tonka is a magical ingredient with great powers of seduction, much that of Darth Sidious. The tonka enhances the rich and sweet flavours in the base while adding some spicy and nutty vanilla notes for a well-balanced stout.
Inspired by some of the greatest lagers made in Europe, this beer has taken its time to mature and mellow, becoming a thirst quenching, refreshing, quaffable drink that augers another sip, and another until it’s all gone.

This HCDC Double NEIPA showcases the Citra hop in pellet, cryo and incognito form for a high density Citra charged beer! Full-bodied and hop forward with huge citrus and tropical fruit flavours.
Using El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops to create an energetic pale ale with mango, pineapple and pink grapefruit flavours and a gentle amount of Sabro Cryo to impart creamy tangerine notes. Soft mouthfeel but intensely flavoured.
A light west coast pale ale with zesty grapefruit, bitter lemon and some subtle spice and pine notes.
THIS HEIST IS BANANAS
In this collaboration with Heist Brew Co, Brew York have worked together to replicate their favourite gelato flavour in a thick smoothie style beer. They used so many bananas that you’ll
need to roll the can to get the beer moving before you open it!
Smooth, succulent, and super sip-able. Komeda brings aromas of zesty grapefruit and fresh crushed pine, with the additions of hops into the whirlpool. A beautiful combination of US and NZ hops; Azacca, Rakau and Mosaic Cryo, to heighten the flavours of white peach, sweet nectarine, and pink guava. North added oats to bring a gentle, soft finish to this mouth-watering Session IPA, balancing against the refreshing dry pithy notes.
Komeda follows on from their recent DIPA release, Kosmische, and is affectionately known in the brewery as the younger sister – lower in ABV but just as delicious.
DAS IST EIN LAGERBIER
A 5.3% ABV classic unfiltered Munich Helles - Malty, crisp, and slightly sweet with moderate bitterness and a touch of spicy hop character from the 100% Saaz hop additions. Slow fermented on a traditional German lager yeast from Weihenstephan, and lagered for 30 days.
This soft, juicy and eminently drinkable session strength pale ale punches welllll above its weight. Equal measures of Cashmere and Rakau provide intense stone fruit vibes, with notes of fleshy nectarine, peach rings, fig and lemon zest.
Pouring thick and hazy, this IPA is full to the brim with Nelson Sauvin with supporting acts from Mosaic and Simcoe. Expect wonderful dank fruit flavours of passionfruit and grape, with a hint of bubblegum with subtle background pepperiness. An absolute birthday banger.
Another celebratory rebrew of a maiden release, Cosmic Dance is soft and fluffy from plenty of oats and loaded with a beautiful blend of Motueka from two different hop providers, Freestyle and Clayton Hops as well as Motueka hop kief. Two Flints also got their hands on some super juicy Strata to back up those tropical and zesty lime aromas. It’s an IPA singing with flavours of lemongrass, kiwi and lime and green starburst.
A rebrew of one of Two Flint's maiden releases, this westie is new school meets old school. Munich and Vienna malt bring some sweetness and amber colour, which is balanced by a firm, lingering but clean bitterness. Simcoe and Centennial pop with retro pine sap notes and grapefruit whilst a hot side addition of Idaho 7 introduces a touch of ripe mango. Talus in the dry hop offers the best of both worlds offering notes of orange zest and grapefruit.
Recently Azvex have been having some real success with NZ hops in their DIPAs, so they flipped them over into an IPA to create the amazing Alice Rings.
Citra, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin & Motueka deliver that DIPA flavour and mouthfeel but in the lower IPA ABV range.
It's been a little while since Azvex played around with the new hot hit hop Nectaron, so they thought that they would add a hefty dose into this IPA alongside Citra & Mosaic.

Coco-Claus is on a berry-bruising, nut busting rampage with this seasonal addition to Staggeringly Good's no holds barred Wrecker series! Outrageous festive fruit filth that screams 'yippee ki yay!' when you crack the can.
NEAR EARTH OBJECTS
Pressure Drop's put some of the juiciest hops they’ve got into this soft and hazy New England IPA. A full bodied beer, bursting with tropical fruit aromas.
Idaho-7 and Simcoe hops combine for succulent peach and crisp pine notes, delivering a depth of flavour that belies its sessionable 3.2% ABV. Let Tsubaki carry you away on a daydream of spring's renewal in every drop.

Lakes brew's take on a beautiful red IPA, A host of fabulous hops perfectly balanced with layers of speciality malts imparting warm amber hues.
All the fun and big hitting soft haziness you can handle. Lakes have packed in the best new NZ hops, Superdelic, Nectaron & Motueka Cryo which will have this beer popping with big tropical and citrus fruits.
VICTOR PIFFLE THREE CHOKEHOLD
Heist have deconstructed and reconstructed the classic whiskey old fashioned and taken it in a completely different direction with this barrel fermented sour. Layers of bright orange and earthy bourbon mix to leave you puzzled, right down to the last drop.
RODGER SPLODGE TEN RUPERT
6 months of careful love is what it took to create this wonderful concoction. Heist fed locally sourced wildflower honey bit by bit into a deliciously rich imperial stout base for a velvety blend of dark, roasted, chocolatey flavours. With a slight sweetness that keeps everything lifted. One to share on a cold winter's eve.
CHAT GPT MADE ME DO IT
A sour beer that came to life through the whimsy of AI-generated recipes. Upon generating the perfect sour beer recipe tuned out to be very similar to their collaboration with Vocation - 'My Eyes Are Pies' - It was only fair to get the guys back for this one. With a blend of blackberry, blackcurrant and apple pie crumble flavours, it's a disgustingly moreish twist on a familiar favourite.
WE'RE NOT THERE BUT WE'RE SOMEWHERE
Trains, buses, taxis and lifts is what it took to get to this original collab so it was only fair to return the journey. Brewed with a blend of Vic Secret, Ella and Galaxy hops, it's a beer that leads your taste buds on a flavour expedition to an unknown destination. Like a whimsical journey without a map, this beer will have you savouring the mysteries of tropical and citrus notes. Cheers to the unknown!
A pillowy-soft Southern Hemisphere DIPA dripping in 2023 harvest Nelson, Wai-iti and Motueka hops for flavours of apricot, peach, candyfloss, lime and limoncello.
An Imperial-strength stout brewed with dried fruit, spices, Muscovado sugar and a multitude of speciality malts. Built for fire-side supping with notes of bourbon, pipes, pub hearths, confessional booths, foggy Lewesian evenings and Victorian fruit pudding.
