CHEEKY DIPA x Green Cheek
Huge quantities of Verdant's newly selected Macs Hops Nectaron are crammed into this amazing and first-ever collab with their friends at Green Cheek. They have mimicked Green Cheek's hopping processes to really provide a true mash-up of our DIPA approaches.
We will also be receiving two other beers but these are yet to be released! Keep an eye on Verdant's social media to find out more.
Say hello to Flamingo, a new 6.5% India Pale Ale brewed with huge additions of super fresh Simcoe and Citra hops along with lemon and lime zest for flavours of peach, apricot, passionfruit, key lime pie and pool-side Daiquiris.
A rebrew of an 8% DIPA made in collaboration with Beak's friends at Verdant. Brewed with heavy additions of oats, wheat, Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron hops for flavours reminiscent of coconut, marshmallow, strawberry, and Piña Coladas.
SAISON DE MAISON BLEND 4
A blend of barrel aged beers fermented with saison yeast, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces, dry hopped with UK Cascade and Goldings.
These two hops bring harmonious flavours which work fantastically with the base blend. Earthy tones of floral honey and gingerbread from Goldings contrast the sweet tangerine and grapefruit of UK Cascade, bringing nuance and complexity. The finish is resinous yet mellow.
A Belgian-Style Wit Beer brewed with Loral, lemon peel & crushed coriander seeds.
A Hazy Pale Ale hopped with Idaho 7, Vic Secret & Idaho 7 Cryo.

I hope to God you’re not as delicious as you make out! Hope again. This is a champagne of a beer. Well, a bucks fizz. A staggering amount of orange juice goes into this refreshing zesty and moreish sour. Get a couple, drink one, start again.

As flies to wanton boys, we are for the IPAs. They dry hop them with Cryo Idaho 7, Cryo Talus and Nectaron for the sport... I love IPAs.
The perfect summer beer for…summer?! Stuffed full of blackcurrants, this tart and refreshing sour weighs in at only 4%. Already a smash in Gravity Well and at LCBF. Don’t delay!

Latest version of this WC style pale with Strata and Idaho 7.
First up is a 6.8% IPA by the name of Terrarium Backpack. A huge medley of Southern and Northern Hemisphere hops here. Simcoe, Galaxy and Strata working in perfect harmony.
Next up is a big old 7% IPA with some of our fav hops - Citra, Simcoe & Strata. Lots of topical fruit and tangerine notes, on top of an incredibly soft pillowy body More than enough to cushion the landing.

A gluten free West Coast pale ale dry hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Aramis & Citra. Crisp and clear with a herbaceous, citric bitterness. Perfect for summer sipping on the cobbled streets of Ankh-Morpork.
YOU DON'T WIN FRIENDS WITH SALAD
Pale ale dry hopped with Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin. A side salad with big body and tropical grapey dankness. Crispy and refreshing as a cucumber in jelly. Stick it in aspic, that’s a salad!
WE'LL BURN THAT BRIDGE WHEN WE COME TO IT
Pale ale dry hopped with Citra BBC, Idaho 7 & Motueka. ScetrØs, liymë and trØpikjål flavours dominate thanks to the self-assembled hop bill. Pairs perfectly with lukewarm meatballs.
