They’ve used a huge amount of strawberry and combined that with lemon and lime to give you a mouth puckeringly drinkable sour that’ll bring back the nostalgia without making you sound like the tritagonist we all remember! Motueka & Eclipse bring zesty lime and tropical fruit notes, while the Orange Zest adds refreshing brightness with the Coriander seeds providing a subtle spice, complementing the hop character. Set upon the simplest of malt bills Centennial, Simcoe & Citra weave together to bring a range of pine & pithy orange notes, with a lasting and assertive bitterness. IN FACT it’s so good that they loaded up their InfusionTank.wad with the maximum amount of cacao that it would hold! Cloudwater teamed up with BEAK Brewery for this collaboration DIPA, inspired by their TIPA, BE WELL, FRIENDS and their hazy NEIPA, PURRR. Bright, fresh, fruity and dank. MEADOW By combining the dynamic duo of Citra and Motueka hops, this Table Beer brings you a depth that rivals higher ABV pales. These expressive hops work in tandem to unleash a tropical explosion with a zesty citrus twist that lingers on your taste buds. This beer is all about delivering a refreshing pint that doesn't compromise on flavour. Perfectly paired with fresh flowers and summer sunshine - should we ever get any! INIFINTE SPACE This fresh, new IPA is a marriage of high quality ingredients and years of us working to perfect our craft. Using the unbeatable pairing of Citra & Mosaic, Cloudwater have designed a modern, hazy IPA that doesn’t compromise on drinkability. Showcasing all the reasons they love this style of beer, there are big juicy flavours of bright citrus, berries and a little dankness with a soft pillowy body and a breezy finish. FOREVER CHUBBLES Crafted to celebrate The Veil in Richmond, Virginia, who will be hosting their annual Forever Summer Festival on July 22nd. This DIPA showcases a fresh new recipe that incorporates some of the key hops found in Chubbles. Uber dank and juicy, it stands as a true sibling to its renowned predecessor, delivering an abundance of vibrant tropical flavors reminiscent of succulent oranges and ripe mangoes. SET IT UP When using Citra as the foundation for their IPA's, they look to feature hops alongside it that will elevate flavour and mesh nicely with Citra's punchy tropical notes. Strata provides that with overripe tropical fruit, and hint of Talus softens to create a supremely drinkable, flavourful IPA. ZITRUSKITZEL Cloudwater's return to the Berliner Weisse style is accompanied by a plethora of Citrus fruits including Japanese kabosu and Shiranui orange. They’ve added four different types alongside a small addition of Passionfruit. Combined together creating a super refreshing slightly tart experience. A perfect summertime sipper. GOSSIP IN THE GRAIN For the heights of summer they’ve paired the tropical juice of Idaho 7 with the pineapple punch of their hand selected Simcoe. 999G/L APRICOT RASPBERRY BIRTHDAY CAKE This showcases the essence of what Vault City do: a delicately sour mixed fermentation beer with a ridiculous fruiting rate of 999 grams per litre, the legal limit of what they can use while still calling it a beer. This intense smoothie sour is the 5th of its kind from Vault City. It’s thick, juicy, and totally unforgettable. STRAWBERRY SUPERNOVA A piece of Vault City history, this is a mighty explosion of flavours against glittering, star-studded skies. Imagine all the mouth-watering flavours of juicy strawberries and cream from their original Skies series dialled up to 10.5%, now in a clear bottle showcasing the addition of sparkling gold glitter. EVEN CLOUDIER DDH LEMONADE Imagine a blissful sip that transports you to a warm summer’s day, an ultra-refreshing sour beer to quench your thirst in the scorching sun. That’s exactly what Vault City's collaboration with Polly’s delivers. In honour of their 5th birthday, they've taken the incredible taste of their original DDH Cloudy Lemonade and cranked it up a notch. Lemon juice and zest pair perfectly with their mixed fermentation base beer, while Citra, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo amplify the strong citrus and tropical fruit character in this hazy dry-hopped sour. MAPLE VANILLA CHOC CHIP SCOOP Not for the faint of heart - that’s what Adroit Theory say, which makes their pals across the pond the perfect partner for their latest imperial stout. Whether you've been drinking Summer Street since they first brewed it in 2014 or still need to give it a go, we're pretty sure you'll agree this will be the perfect summertime beer! DOT AVE Dot Ave offers an aroma with layers of depth and nuance. Immediately apparent is the tropical shade of the New Zealand-grown Nelson Sauvin variety, with notes of mango and pineapple jumping from the glass. Vibrant and punchy flavors of sticky mango, concord grape, and candied citrus coat the palate with a balanced, soft finish. TRAILSIDE A fine-tuned take on the classic citrus-meets-tropical Trillium profile, they kept an eye toward new possibilities with Strata, while retaining the core elements of what works best in Citra. DDH FORT POINT DDH Fort Point pale ale unleashes explosive Citra derived notes of juicy pineapple, candied orange, and ripe mango. DDH RIWAKA FORT POINT Riwaka Dry Hopped Fort Point offers a vibrant bouquet of fresh fruit. Tropical fruit, pithy grapefruit, and orange lead the way with a subtle dank edge that rounds out the sip with a gentle bitterness. Medium-bodied and refreshingly drinkable. A New England Double IPA brewed with 2 row, wheat and a ton of malted oats, hopped with Mosaic, BRU-1, and Cashmere. This beer is pillowy soft and reeks of tropical fruit, and has quickly become a favorite of the production team. Huge notes of pineapple, key lime, mango and a hint of coconut. BURLINGTON
UNCANNY VALLEY
Uncanny Valley is Burlington's flagship New England style IPA, hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops. Flavors and aromas of Ripe Mango, Pine Needles, Tangerine Zest, Watermelon Sorbet, and Ripe Peaches. The hop flavors wash over a balanced malt bill of Barley, Flaked Oats, Wheat Malt, Vienna Malt, and Raw Wheat to hold up the bold hops. IT'S COMPLICATED BEING A WIZARD An 8% Double IPA. Hopped with missive amounts of Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Chinook for flavors and aromas of Ripe Papaya, Nectarines, Orange Zest, and Dank Cannabis. CREATURES OF MAGIC Creatures of Magic, one of Burlington's New England-style IPA’s brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Ekuanot hops, to provide flavors and aromas of Honeydew Melon, Blueberry Sorbet, Citrus Zest, and Papaya. Using more than 20% oat malt and flaked oats in the grist bill gives this beer an extra creamy body. When’s the last time you had a Creatures of Magic? SEA OF AIR Soft as a fluffy cloud.
