JESTER KINGDETRITIVORE
Jester King recently released a new batch of Detritivore, this time in cans. They make Detritivore by taking the cherries from Montmorency vs. Balaton and re-fermenting them a second time with fresh beer. While not as intense as its big sibling MvB, Detritivore is still a cherry-forward beer given the sheer volume of fruit used in both re-fermentations. PETIT PRINCE Jester first brewed Le Petit Prince Farmhouse Table Beer in 2012. They've been brewing it once or twice per year since. Originally inspired by Brasserie Dupont's table beer called Avril. They sought to make a low-alcohol beer that's dry, drinkable, refreshing, crisp, hoppy with a little bit of beguiling yeast character that only wild fermentation with native yeast can create. Le Petit Prince is probably their favorite beer they make. It's certainly the truest to their core philosophy of beer making. DE KROMME HARINGx DEYA CROCODILE TEARS
De Kromme's collab with Cheltenham-based Deya Brewing Co. is an expression of both their interest in experimental brews. They crafted a british style pale ale with spelt malt as well a dry hop with British Jester and US Azacca hops. As an ode to that one classic brewer's favourite trappist beer they bottle fermented it with Brettanomyces yeast. Fruity, funky and delicious! DE RANKENOIR DE DOTTIGNIES
Noir de Dottignies is a complex, high fermenting dark beer, brewed with 7 different malts which includes chocolate malts and dark-roasted malts. SOFIA ELECTRICSTOCHNA GARA
Sofia Electric's latest addition of a super juicy blend of American hops and dry hopped with New Zealand hops. The beer abounds with rich grapefruit, pineapple, papaya and peach flavors (and that's just on first taste!) and it all rests on a canapé of a full-bodied oat malt base. FORBIDDEN CANDY Forbidden candy is the new triple IPA in collaboration with their friends from Manchester, Pomona Island. Super refreshingly sweet and hoppy. THE BUREAUCRAT I am another new addition to the colorful family of Sofia Electric. Not that I'm bragging, but I'm extremely interesting - I'm made with Tonka Bean and Bourbon Vanilla. I am a real emperor - strong and well aged, with an extremely dense body of 31°. My taste is rich, in me you can find notes of coffee, baked bread and vanilla. I am very aromatic and dense. I'm also modest and would drink alone if I could. OVERFLOW This is one of Sofia Electric's main beers and will always be in their assortment. Dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic, full-bodied and hazy golden in color, OVERFLOW NEIPA is the beer they reach for whenever they want a juicy IPA. SLEEPING VILLAGEDARK TERRAIN
This week sees the return of Sleeping Village's Imperial Oat Stout brewed with coffee roasted by their talented friends Kaffa. This edition utilizes their Dario Hernandez coffee from Guatemala which accents the rich base of English malts in their beer with notes of red berries, hazelnut and cocoa. This unique infusion adds a new level of complexity to this already decadent stout. DOUBLE GARDENING A unique twist on their flagship beer first brewed in 2017. This beer was cold fermented with Sleeping Village's favorite saison strain for 4 weeks and then dry hopped with layers of Crystal and Ekuanot hops. BARONKNITTED BABY
An 8.2% Double IPA. No sharp edges. Baron's softest, fluffiest, fruitiest Double IPA yet. Proper macho stuff this. A hefty mixture of Mosaic and Galaxy at 28g/L. Mango and melon up to your eyeballs. BURNING SKYPLUM PROVISION
Burning Sky's benchmark mixed fermentation saison was aged for six months in oak to develop it’s distinctive flavour profile. The beer then spent a further three months on fresh Victoria and Marjorie plums. The sweet, yellow flesh gives a deep richness of flavour, whilst the dark skins lend colour and a balanced tartness to the beer. PROJECT 23 Project 23 is their latest collaboration with Westwell Vineyard. A mixed fermentation beer was aged in Cognac barrels for three years before it was added to 200kg of unfermented, foot crushed Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation of the grapes ran through the beer, producing an intense wine character. PASTORETALUS E POMPELO
The return of one of Pastore's favourite beers they've made. Originally made two years ago with their friends from Suffolk Burnt Mill, lovingly recreated this month for those who missed it the first time or those who just want to drink it all over again. Talus e Pompelmo is a hazy sour IPA fermented on pink grapefruit juice and dry hopped with Talus. Sour IPAs are both one of their favourite styles to drink and one of the most innovative styles they brew. You won't find much else that tastes like this on the market. Lactic fermentation + hops = sunshine juice. The base beer is a hazy IPA with zero bitterness, fermented with their fresh sour mixed culture bringing a lovely zippy acidity, refermented on pink grapefruit juice to bring more freshly squeezed citrus character and finally dry hopped with Talus bringing even more citrus and pith and light notes of coconut and vanilla. TEN MENBERRY SMOOTHIE

The aroma of raspberries is reminiscent of carefree warm evenings, and the hop aftertaste emphasizes the importance of the moment. Creak is a blend of two barrels filled in June and August 2021. Fermented with saison yeast, Lachancea, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces before ageing for just over five months on carbonically macerated British Morello cherries. An ode to one of Balance's favourite Lambic styles, this beer is intensely fruity with jammy notes of ripe cherries, vanilla and almond. Bright acidity and tannic structure complement the underpinning funky elegance and barrel character leading to a moreish finish. We think this one will age very well. VERDANTLOW LUX

Take this single-hopped Riwaka DDH IPA for example, definitely not for the faint-hearted with its over-the-top bacon frazzle qualities - Track love seeing people stick their noses in and come up with a confused smile on their faces. Dive in and enjoy! BETWEEN LAYERS Track's Reflection series continues, and with this beer, they gaze into the rippling waters of one of their/the industry's biggest influences. That beer is, of course, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. One of the first American beers to be widely available in the UK market, and one that started the journey for huge swathes of breweries in the UK & US (including us). It’s a beer that’s never faded and that they continue to enjoy. This is their take on that beer and with it, they hope they can pay it some of the respect it’s due. They built a base of sweet grainy malts before hitting it with the classic that is Cascade on both the hot side and cold side. The result is big hits of grapefruit & pine, a firm bitterness and a light biscuity malt character. For us… it’s a dream. POMONA ISLAND1952 VINCENT BLACK LIGHTNING
